Bring your students, pupils and staff for a tour of Lu Ban restaurant see each of the rooms, including the lab where Lu Ban dishes are developed, guests can dine and people can learn. The lab takes its inspiration from the Tianjin food groups headquarters in China. The wine room influenced by the Dynasty winery with the views of the cellar and the private dining that replicates an authentic dining space seen in the finest hotels and restaurants in the region.

As part of your visit you will also be able to see the kitchen and chefs table, the kitchen has been designed after several visits to hotels and restaurants in China and consultation with Chinese national master chefs, whilst in the kitchen (subject to your group size) you will be able to question the chefs about the equipment and taste some of the food being created for the days service, alternatively if visiting when we have no guests have a cookery demonstration with a selection of ingredients.
